just finished listening to your very impressive American Tharikida on KP Yohannan & conversion .it was so interesting and quite unbiased that I enjoyed it thoroughly .And your sense of humor ( that too keeping up a serious expression on your face) was hilarious especially when you pointed about the Malayaly 'jealousy ' and the resultant sadistic pleasure they enjoy at the fall of a fabulously rich ,especially if it's a case of "Rags to riches" .I honestly feel that jealousy ,the green eyed monster plays his part here too, whether it's "seller of duck eggs like Yohannan or ' fisher woman turned Matha Amrithanandamayi . I completely agree with George for analyzing the situation without fear or favor . And the 'Double standard ' of BJP Govt is brought out subtly by pointing out their enthusiasm by their dread about H1 visa stopping and later, when someone comes here and with or without the help of Religious conversion & goes back to India with the accumulated wealth , he is sure to be trapped in real or imaginary income tax problems ! Also thanks to Tharikida , Yohannan's German wife who even owned shipping companies etc was news to me . In short , American Tharikida is interesting and is presented in a delightful manner .
